All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.


Delivery cost

Local and international orders are charged by weight.  Local delivery starts from RM10 and international delivery starts from RM30.

Shipping time


All orders will be sent out within 2-4 working days.  This excludes the day the order was placed, as well as weekends and public holidays.  For West Malaysia, orders normally take between 2-7 workings days to arrive.  For Sabah, orders normally take between 4-8 workings days to arrive.  For any international orders, shipping time will depend on the country but will usually take between 10 to 30 working days to arrive.  Please note all of the above are estimated shipping times and cannot be guaranteed.  Please contact Moody Seagull (info@moodyseagull.com) if your order has not arrived after the estimated shipping time.

Actual product colours may vary from the colours shown on your monitor.

How do I track my package?


All packages will need to be signed for upon delivery.  If no one is available to sign for the package, then the postal service will leave a notification with instructions on arranging a re-delivery or alternative pick-up location.  It is the customer’s responsibility to follow through in obtaining their package.  Should any packages be returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or the package is unclaimed - the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.  


Customs and import taxes


Overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches the intended destination.  The customer is responsible for any custom or import tax that may apply.  Moody Seagull is also not responsible for delays due to customs.  


Cancellation or returns


Moody Seagull does not accept any cancellations or returns. 


Damaged packages


For damaged items, please contact Moody Seagull (info@moodyseagull.com) within 3 days of receiving your order.  Please send photographs of the damage so that it can be presented to the courier in order to file a claim.  Filing a claim can take between 1-3 months to be resolved.  Moody Seagull is unable to make any refunds or send replacements until the courier has refunded the insured amount claimed.
